This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store, you accept the policies contained herein.

A. SHIPPING COSTS

Free Shipping On All Orders.

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME

Order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (London). Order handling time is 3 – 5 business days (Monday to Friday).

Transit Time:

  • EU, UK: 8-12 business days.
  • US: 14-21 business days.
  • ASIA, AFRICA: 14-24 business days.

C. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@chronoselected.uk.

D. CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

E. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for further instructions.

F. MISSING ITEMS

If any items are missing from your order upon receipt, please take photos of the entire package as soon as possible and email us at support@chronoselected.uk. We will replace any missing items. Please note that due to insurance reasons, we usually send one item per parcel. Therefore, if you have an order with multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels.

G. ORDER STATUS

You can easily check the status of your order by clicking on the chat box in the bottom right-hand corner of our site and entering your order number. Alternatively, you can contact us at support@chronoselected.uk for updates on the progress of your order. Please have your order number ready, which you would have received in your order confirmation email.
