Returns Policy

Chrono Selected offers a 28-day returns policy. Customers have 14 days from receipt of the product to notify us of their intention to return an item and a further 14 days to return the product directly to the retailer for a refund.

Non-returnable Products

  • Personalised products and products made to order
  • Special order straps
  • Any product that has been used, returned without its original packaging or tags, or is returned in an unsaleable condition. Faulty items must be returned in their original packaging.

How to Return a Product

  • Contact Chrono Selected to advise that you wish to return a product.
  • Complete the Contact Us form, stating the reason for return and any relevant information.
  • Wait for our confirmation with the correct return address (this may vary depending on the vendor).
  • Send the product back within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return. We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked post and keeping proof of postage. Returns are at the customer’s cost unless otherwise agreed.
  • Ensure returned products are sent and received in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.

For customers returning goods from outside of the EU and/or needing to produce a customs declaration, goods must be marked as “Returned goods” with zero commercial value. Failure to do so, or to declare any value on the shipment, may result in import duty and/or taxes being applied to the returned goods. These amounts will be deducted from any refund payable or recharged to your payment method.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received, the retailer will notify Chrono Selected so that we can process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically received within 3–5 working days of the retailer’s notification. If there is an issue with your return, we will contact you directly.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, return the original item following the standard returns procedure and place a new order for the replacement item through Chrono Selected.
